Quit Claim Deed

Know all men by these presents That Mr
John Allen and Clara Allen his wife
Mary E Bowen and Charles Bowen her husband
Lincoln M. Allen unmarried of Audubon County
and State of Iowa and Hiram D. Allen unmarried
of Warren County and State of Illinois, Children
and only heirs at Law of W. C. Allen deceased
by his first wife. in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar in hand paid by Elmira J. Allen
widow and second wife of W. C. Allen deceased
of Audubon Countin and State of Iowa do herby
sell and Quit Claim unto the said Elmira J.
Allen the following described premises situated
within County of Audubon and State of Iowa, to wit:
  The North East Quarter of the South East Quarter
  of Section Five (5) in Township Seventy Nine (79)
  North of Range Thirty Five (35) West of the 5th P.M.
and the said Clara Allen and Charles Bowen
hereby relinquish their right of Down? in and to
the above described premises.

  On this 24th day of December 1883. before me
D W Powers a Notary Public within and for said
County personally came J. M. Allen  C. H. Allen
C. E. Brown and Mary E. Brown. personally
known to me to be the identical persons whose
names are affixed to the above instrument as
grantors and acknowledged the execution of
the same to be their voluntary act and deed
for the purpose therin expressed.
  In testimony whereof I have hereunto
subscribed my name and affixed my notorial

personally came Lincoln M. Allen, personally
known to me to be the identical person whose
name is affixed to the above instrument as grantor
and acknowledged the execution of the same
to be his voluntary act and deed for the purposes
therein expressed.

for the purposes therin expressed.
